These policies are applicable as long as the items are returned within 30 days of order and are unused in original packaging, are defective due to manufacturing, or were incorrectly shipped.
If you receive the wrong item (variation in color does not apply) or damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
Do NOT accept damaged goods from a freight carrier. Ask the agent to note the damage on the freight bill and call our office immediately.
In some cases, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs of damaged or inoperable equipment. Please inspect your purchase immediately and report any shipping errors or manufacturer defects within 48 hours of receiving your product. This will ensure full or partial coverage of return shipping costs as well as an immediate refund or replacement of product.
Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to two additional business days to process your refund. Orders returned that were sent via truck (freight) do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs in returning.
